Cogged V-Belts
Raw Edged Cogged Belt The Raw Edged Cogged Belts have two cut surfaces on both sides, so its resistance to bending and heat dissipation are better than wrapped belts. Short fibers are mixed in the rubber in the direction of the belt's width, contributing to power transmission and helping to resist abrasion caused by side pressure.

Poly V-Belts
Poly V-Belts
The poly v belt is gaining wide acceptance due to the advantages it exhibits over conventional V-belts. Poly V Belts are particularly good for high speed or high ratio applications which conventional belts are unable to handle. The smooth, vibration free performance and excellent reverse bend characteristics of this belt enable the design of single belt, compact drive systems.
Special Features of Poly V Belt:
- Highly flexible and can be used with smaller pulley diameter resulting in lighter and compact drive.
- Being thinner, the rear side can be used to drive additional accessories / idlers without affecting belt life.
- Eliminates the necessity to use multiple / matched set of belts
- Reduces down time and hence belt replacement cost.
- The design of the Poly V belt allows placement of the tensile member across the total width of the belt, therefore obvious that the Poly V belt will exhibit superior strength to a V-belt of equal width.

Narrow V-Belts Narrow v-belt has double power transmission capacity of the classic v-belts due to the effect of the wedge. It features high-speed transmission, and an energy-saving, compact design. Main Type: SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, 3V, 5V and 8V
Banded Wrapped V-Belts Banded v-belt is made up from Classical, or Narrow belts with a strong tie band over them. Application: used in Vertical shaft drives, V-flat drives, Compressors, Pumps and Agricultural drives. Main Type: RA, RB, RC, R3V, R5V, R8V, RSPZ, RSPA, RSPB and RSPC
Double V-Belts Double V-Belt, also named Six side Belt, there are four side on the working section. Application: Textile and Agriculture machine. Main Type: AA, BB and CC
